Payment Policy

A deposit equal to one nights accommodation is required to secure a booking.
Web Bookings - Credit card details required. Deposit will be debited from the card number supplied.
Phone & Email bookings - Please deposit into our BNZ bank account number 02-1258-0000707-000, with your name and booking number as a reference. Balance payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to all bookings. Cancellations within 4 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
*Group bookings requiring large portions our accommodation have special cancellation conditions. Any Group bookings cancelled within 3 months of check-in will forfeit deposit.
*Summer peak bookings cancelled after the end of September will forfeit deposit.


COVID VACCINE PASS required for all bookings at Pacific Park from 15th December 2021. Smoke-free with alcohol restrictions within our accommodation units and grounds. Complete quietness at 10:30pm. Vehicle speed not to exceed 8km/h. Pets not accepted in our accommodation units or park.
Rates are based on all rubbish being removed, the facility and grounds left clean and tidy. Group bookings have a check-out guide to show cleaning requirements and checks for bond refund.
Peak Season and re-booking your site
Deposit required for same dates next year before departure.
Peak Season 2022/23 ? not open for new bookings until after Jan 30th 2022. Any date changes or site changes will be addressed at this time.
