Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit deposit (first night of accommodation). Any peak summer (16 December – 8 February) cancellations within 60 days of arrival will forfeit deposit (first night of accommodation). Group bookings have special cancellation conditions.
Balance of booking payment to be made at check in.
A Credit or Debit/Credit card and ID is required at time of check in for all accommodation for security purposes and incidentals during your stay. An authorisation will be taken and automatically removed 7 days from check in unless funds are used. Any funds debited from the authorisation will be discussed with the card holder beforehand.
No Refunds on Early departure. Check in after 2PM for Motels, Cabins, Villas and Campsites. Lodges and groups, check in after 4PM.
Pacific Park is Smoke, Vape and Alcohol Free within our accommodation units and grounds.
Complete quietness at 10:00pm.
All visitors must be listing a registered guest, check in at the office and the registers guest must approve the visitor. Visitors may stay until 10PM and a visitor fee may be applied in person or to the registered guest they are visiting. The registered guest assumes responsibility for the visitor while onsite. The office reserves the right to refuse visitor access to the park at their discretion.
Vehicle speed onsite not to exceed 8km/h.
Pets are not accepted in our accommodation units or park. Rates are based on all rubbish being removed, the facility and grounds left clean and tidy. Accommodation left untidy or damaged or furniture moved from units, will be photographed on departure and charges may be applied to the Credit Card authorisation on file.
